Tom's Treacle Bread

• 700g plain flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon bread soda
• 500ml buttermilk
• 3 tablespoons warm treacle
• 1 handful of raisins

1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Dissolve the treacle in the buttermilk and add to the bowl.
3. Knead well.
4. Bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
