Tom's Treacle Bread

700g plain flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon bread soda

500ml buttermilk

3 tablespoons warm treacle

1 handful of raisins

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Disolve the treacle in the buttermilk and add to the bowl.

Knead well.

Bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
