Strawberry Sponge

• 5 medium eggs
• 125g caster sugar
• 125g self raising flour
• 250ml cream
• Strawberry jam

1. Whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixure is thick and creamy.
2. Sieve in the flour and fold in gently.
3. Bake in two 9-inch sponge tins for 12 to 15 minutes at 190°C.
