Seafood Chowder

400g mixed fish

300g prawns

1 leek

4 stalks of celery

1 onion

300g mushrooms

1 tin mixed beans

800ml stock
-
1 pint cream
Makes 4 portions.

Fry the vegetables and fish for five minutes each.

Add the stock, cream, beans, and seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes.
