Mango Beef Curry

1kg round steak

2 onions

4 cloves garlic

1 jar mango chutney

Half a jar of curry paste

1 tube tomato puree

1 lemon

4 beef oxos

3 apples

Toss the chopped beef in seasoned flour and brown.

Fry the onions and garlic until soft.

Add the curry paste, mango chutney, tomato puree, and lemon juice and fry
for 2 minutes.

Add the meat and 2 litres of beef stock. Simmer for 1 hour.

Grate the apples, add, and simmer for a further 30 minutes.
