Flapjacks

100g brown sugar

150g butter

1 tablespoon golden syrup

225g porridge oats

25g plain flour

Melt the butter, sugar, and syrup over a low heat. Do not allow to boil.

Add the oats and flour and mix well.

Spread into a greased baking tin and bake at 170°C for 15 minutes.
