6 chunky sausages

2 tablespoons minced parsley

1.5kg russet potatoes

500ml chicken stock

Preheat the oven to 150°C.

Brown the bacon.

Brown the sausages. Chop into thirds.

Cut the potatoes into thick slices.

Layer in a casserole dish, add the stock.

Bring to the boil on the hob, then bake for 90 minutes.
