Adrienne's Chorizo & Sweet Potato Stew

1 chorizo sausage

2 Sweet potatos

1 tin tomatoes

1 tin kidney beans
-
1 tin chickpeas

2 stock cubes
-
Handful of spinach

Salt, pepper, chilli flakes

Chop and fry the chorizo until the oil runs out.

Add the sweet potato, the tins, and one tin of stock.

Cook for 12 minutes.

Add the spinach and cook for 3 minutes.

Top with grated parmesan.
Makes 3 portions.
